Here we have provided some of the most frequently asked questions about MySchoolBucks so that we can easily solve most of your problems or queries without any trouble.

The introduction is a simple process in three phases.

  1. Create a user profile by clicking the Save button on the home page.
  2. Take the students home: you have the child’s name, date of birth and the student’s wallet (Note: the student’s wallet can be optional, depending on the school).
  3. You are now ready to make payments!

FAQs about MySchoolBucks

On the right side of the login page, click “Forgot your username or password?”. The system asks you for your username or e-mail address. If a match is found, you should answer your security question accurately before you have to enter a new password. If you do not remember your security response, you will receive an email request to reset your password.

How do I know if my data is secure?

Transaction data is encrypted and sent from your PC via a secure gateway to the MySchoolBucks Server. Look for the “https” in the address field of the web browser window and the lock that is closed at the bottom of the browser window.

How can I request an e-mail if my child’s credit is low?

Click on the e-mail item in the left pane and select the checkbox to request notifications from bottom to bottom and enter the value. If your child’s credit is less than this value, an e-mail message is automatically sent to the e-mail address of your user profile.

Why did I receive another message stating that my son’s balance is low?

If your child’s balance changes, the e-mail message is reset to send a new message. You only need to be notified if the balance is lower than the selected minimum value of the dollar. If your child has multiple accounts, you will receive messages for each account.

How can I request an e-mail receipt when I pay?

Click on the e-mail link in the left-hand pane and then click on the box to request a confirmation e-mail. Every time you make a payment, a confirmation is sent to the e-mail address of your user profile.

Can other people make payments to my child’s account?

Other adults can make payments to your child’s account if they know the child’s name, date of birth, or student. Multiple users can add the same child element to their profile.

Please note that MySchoolBucks must be used by adults who can purchase with a credit card and that you are responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your password and that you may not allow anyone to enter it.

How do I see an overview of all payments?

Click on the ‘my Payment history’ link. A list is displayed with all credit card payments from your user account.

How can I see what my son bought from the School Canteen?

Select “My Home” in the menu and then click on the “View cafeteria” link to the right of the name of the child you are interested in. A shopping list is established in the cafeteria.
